Hey 90’s kid, this song sounds exactly like your childhood!

September 20, 2015 By Kate Skero Leave a Comment

Hey millennials, have you heard this song yet? It’s the fun, electronic sounds of Owl City featuring HANSON (mmmBOP anyone?) and IT WILL TAKE YOU RIGHT BACK.

“When I was I was a kid I spent my Saturdays blowin’ on Nintendo games. The newest thing was Lion King and I COULD FEEL THE LOVE.”

I mean, it’s geared toward the gentlemen folk, but I swear I can relate just as well as my husband. I listen to this song and I’m a kid again–wearing scrunchies, playing pogs with my big brothers, and eating so many spaghettios.

So, just for fun today, take a listen to this song. And if your family is anything like mine, you and your spouse will get all nostalgic and your kiddos will just want to DANCE.

Because parents who remember what it’s like to be a kid make the BEST parents!

After you listen, I’d love to hear what you thought! Any memories come flooding back? Please share!
